The Bohemians re-enact the glory days of Queen
including the ‘Craziness’ of the 70’s and the ‘Magic’ of the
80’s. Formed in 1996, The Bohemians perform all over the world and are of the longest standing Queen Tribute acts. The Bohemians bring their blend of fun, high-energy playing, costumes and showmanship to the stage. This has earned them the reputation as ‘The Worlds Most Exciting Queen Tribute Act’, and have been touring all over the world including; Russia, Ukraine, China, India, Jordan, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Portugal, Ireland to name a few). The band tour with a production including a Baby Grand Piano, a Stack of ‘Brian May’ Vox AC30’s, Pyrotechnics and Stage Drum Risers - making this a highly authentic Queen production. The band also have an array of authentic Queen stage costumes from the Crazy Tour of the late 1970’s through to the famous yellow jacket of the Magic tour in the 1980’s. |

I was fortunate to have spent my teenage years
in the early 60's when music was going through a massive transition. The
first records I bought were 'What do you want' by Adam Faith and (Til) 'I
kissed you' by the Everlys. I attended numerous concerts and was privileged to see many top groups, including The Beatles (City Hall Sheffield), Rolling Stones (Queens Hall Leeds), The Hollies (Mr Smiths Manchester), Small Faces (Mojo Sheffield), Yardbirds (Marquee London). After attending a Stones concert in Leeds, I obtained my first set of autographs and from there my passion grew. Over the following years I have amassed a huge collection of autographs and records. In the main my collection has been obtained through sources as diverse as; in person signatures, private collectors, reputable dealers and auctions. I have been astonished how much the value of autographs have rocketed over the years and many people are now purchasing autographs as an investment opportunity. Based in Scotland, GLAMD are the best
seventies review band available, playing songs by Sweet, Bay City Rollers,
T. Rex, Slade, Abba, Queen. The ultimate party band! 1970 to 1975…Glam Rules!…from its subtle entrance in 1970 with Ride a White Swan to its garish demise in 1975, Glam was big, shiny, loud, brash and most importantly fun! Three decades later, five seventies kids are suddenly possessed by the phenomenon that was Glam…the four on the floor tribal beat, long hair, outrageous clothes and stupendous platform shoes...they have been GLAMD! The musicians in the band are all experienced, well known names on the live music circuit. Their obvious enjoyment and on stage chemistry translates into a fantastic stage show. On the night, GLAMD can provide a 70's style silver back drop to
transform any room, lighting and haze where appropriate. They also use a
pro pa system with BIG bottom end to get those flares flapping if
