We have been collecting and trading in vinyl records and rock memorabilia since 1978. As such, we have built up a excellent reputation over the years with fair pricing, excellent range of stock and a good grading of products.  So you can purchase with confidence, as many of our customers buy from us on a regular basis. All items are sent out as soon as payment has been cleared, and are sent out in strong and secure packaging, via first class post within the UK, and first class airmail to all over sea destinations. On expensive items or on request, items will be sent via 'signed for/ registered' mail.

Our stocks change on a weekly basis, but not all items are posted on the website, so if you can't find what you our looking for or have a 'wants list' please email me with full details, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our Shop will open mainly Saturday mornings 8.30am to 12.00pm, but this can vary. So please check our 'shop opening page' for further details, or email me.

Some high street chains are now turning out narrow toe shoes, but they are certainly not winkle pickers! However the modern male seems to be looking fondly at the winkle picker look ! Fortunately or unfortunately depending on your outlook on life I have now reproduced what I term the real winkle picker. I was 13 years old when they first entered my life (three years before hearing about this new group called the Beatles) the year was 1960.

I have been in the forefront of fashion all my life. (What a sad bastard I am) I have now gone back to my grass roots and reproduced winkle pickers as they should be ! This is where I came in!!!!! I must confess however I have changed  one thing and that is, these winkle pickers will not give you the same ugly mother f…… toes as I have.

My winkle pickers are made in the home of footwear, Italy and anyone wearing them will be amazed at the comfort...I really cannot be responsible for crippling another generation! Robert Burnside.

Our designers adapt to the ever changing music and fashion scenes and create dynamic new styles relevant to the various cult movements of the times including; punk, gothic, rock, neon, fancy dress, pvc, gothic bride, pin-up, retro, polka dot, steampunk, petticoats and burlesque. And all with quirky and unusual accessories. 

We design for the "individual", so you can create your own look from our extensive range of tops, dresses, skirts, trousers, catsuits, coats, belts, hats, hair dyes, facepaints and jewellery. We work closely with local colleges in the design of some of our pieces and like to source and use unusual trimmings and fabrics. We aim to put a couture edge to clothing ranges such as Gothic to make them truly unique. Our designers are encourage to create their dream outfits. 

We manufacture on site in the North of England, keep large stocks and update our website daily so you can be sure of a fast and safe delivery. All online payments are processed through WorldPay, the UK's leading payment processor,  through which we accept most cards and PayPal!
