Jack The Ripper Walk

Details

As the night sets in and the long shadows fall, we delve into the crooked, cobbled alleyways of Whitechapel to follow the Ripper's bloodstained trail of terror.
Step by bloodcurdling step you are spirited back to that spine-chilling era of gaslit horror, to join the Victorian police as they hunt the Ripper through a warren of crumbling back streets.
Through the menacing shadows you weave, visiting and inspecting the murder sites, sifting through the evidence, and eliminating suspect after fascinating suspect.

Simon Marsden
Website Simon Marsden
Details I believe that another dimension, a spirit world, runs parallel to our own so-called 'real' world, and that sometimes, when the conditions are right, we can see into and become part of this supernatural domain. The mystical quality of my photographs reflects this ancient order and they attempt to reveal what is eternal.

Details The Ghost Hunt of York offers an evening walking tour of York's haunted locations, it lasts approximately an hour and a quarter.
Whatever the weather and always on time, the Victorian guide with his frock coat, top hat and Gladstone bag manifests himself at the strike of half past seven at the bottom of Shambles, England's most famous mediaeval street.
Ringing his death bell he gathers the awaiting ghost hunters and leads on to York's darker side.
The Ghost Hunt never cancels. Running as advertised it has operated with as few as one and as many as six hundred and fifty ghost hunters.
