Established in 1976 COSTUME HIRE by Vintage Years was soon serving the people of Leicester and surrounding districts in their needs for fancy dress.

It was quickly realised by the founder Mike Berman that there was a much greater need for proper high quality professional costumes to a much wider variety of clientele. These included amateur dramatic and musical societies and a growing number of businesses who wanted costumes and properties for advertising, training, promotional and other purposes.

Welcome to Buy Feathers. We are a family company based in Birmingham England. We sell all types of feathers and feather items. From loose ostrich feathers in all sizes which can also be dyed to your needs. We can dye most items to order in any colour, be it feather boa, ostrich feathers, pheasant feathers or peacock feathers. Almost any item can be done, we do just have min order but do not charge any extra to do this for you. We have a great selection of bridal and floristry items for sale and also stock Leg Avenue costumes.
We have 1000's of feathers in stock so if you are looking for large pheasant feathers to make carnival costumes or ostrich feather burlesque fans take a look at all the items we have on offer and if you need help please do contact us as we are here and happy to help.
In stock are lots of wedding displays and items to make up your own ostrich feather centrepieces. We also do offer hire feathers or hire full wedding displays - these can be done to your need so any size any colour this can be done as a DIY set up and sent to you free.
We do work with a lot of event and party planners through out the UK so can also get prices on them setting up your wedding displays or ostrich feather centrepieces.
